Crockpot Peppers & Steak

2 lb lean round steak; 1-in thick
2 green peppers; *
1 cup beef bouillon
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
*Seeded and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Cut steak into serving portions. Place half the steak in crock-pot. Arrange green pepper strips around steak. Place remaining steak on top.
