Fried Lumpia With Sesame Seeds

1/2 cup shrimp
2 bunches spring onions
1 1/2 cup meat asado*
8 pieces chinese mushrooms,
1 soaked in water and cut in
1 pieces
1 cup cubed bamboo shoots
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 pepper/salt to taste
1 m.s.g. to taste
10 big pieces lumpia wrapper
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 meat asado:
3/4 cup hot stock
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon m.s.g.
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup pork or ham, whole

For Pork Asado-Chinese Style: In a 2 qt saucepan, combine stock, sauce, brown sugar, white wine, salt, M.S.G. and garlic. Put in pork. Cover pan, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender. Slice meat. Serve hot with sauce or go on with the lumpia directions. Lumpia: Combine shrimp, onions, pork asado, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, egg yolks, flour, rice wine, pepper, salt and M.S.G. Wrap in lumpia wrappers. Grease steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Rub with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cool. Fry in hot canola or peanut oil. Serve with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
