13 oz ground pork
24 medium to large shelled shrimps
24 pieces wonton skin
1 (a):
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ginger wine
1/2 teaspoon msg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (b):
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger wine
2 teaspoon cornstarch

Blend ground pork well with ingredients (a) and let stand for 20 mins. Rinse the shrimps. Marinate with ingredients (b) for 20 mins. Place 1.5 tablespoons of filling in the center of each wonton skin. Pinch the edges up to make a flower pattern. Leave a hole in the center to let the fillin show a little bit. Place a shrimp in the center. Place shao-mai in a steamer and steam for 25 mins. Serve. From: "MHL"
