Chinese Casserole

2 cans solid pack tuna 1 can mushroom soup 1/4 cup water 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1 cup whole cashew nuts 4 oz can button mushrooms, drained 2 cups canned chinese chow mein noodles 1/4 cup minced onion or chopped green onion tops 1 cup chopped celery
Drain tuna and break it into bite size chunks Mix together the mushroom soup, water, and soy sauce. combine tuna, mushroom soup mixture and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT 1 cup of the noodles. Mix gently and place in casserole. Refrigerate.
When ready to bake, sprinkle remaining cup of noodles on top and bake at 375, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
