Chinese Venison Pot Roast

----INGREDIENTS----
4 lb venison roast
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon shortening
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon ginger
----DIRECTIONS----
Wipe and dry meat. Rub garlic salt and mustard over roast. Brown in shortening in Dutch oven. Combine 3/4 cup water with remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pour over roast.
