1 1/2 cup rice sticks
2 chicken breasts, skinned and
1 boned
2 quart salad greens
1 cup snow peas, julienned
1 cup carrot, shredded
1 cup red bell peppers, julienned
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds,
1 available in asian markets
3/4 cup chinese vinaigrette (see

Deep the fry rice sticks in hot oil until puffy, about 15 seconds. Set aside.
Grill the chicken and cut into 1-inch x 1/4-inch pieces. Toss the rice sticks, chicken, salad greens, snow peas, carrots, red bell peppers, onions, and sesame seeds. Add the Chinese vinaigrette and toss again.
