2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
12 cloves, whole
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chili powder, ground
