Simple Chinese Cabbage Chicken Soup

6 cup chicken stock
2 cup chinese cabbage, sliced
1 dash soy sauce
2 green onions, sliced
4 tablespoon coriander
Bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add the cabbage and cook 30 seconds. Season with soy sauce. Garnish with green onions and coriander.
