Fried Rice - Herb Chow

6 cup rice; cooked
1/2 cup onions; diced
1 cup onions, greed; diced
1/2 cup mushrooms; diced
1/2 cup peas; green
1/2 cup meat, your choice
2 eggs
1 salt & pepper
2 tablespoon soya sauce; light
3 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Heat wok, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add eggs and scramble in wok. Add onions and mushrooms, stir fry one minute. Add rice, stir fry until rice is hot, then add green peas, cooked meats and 1/2 of the green onions. Add soya sauce, salt, pepper and 1/2 the sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly.
