Stir-Fried Lamb With Leeks (Wei-Chuan)

2/3 lb leg of lamb, slivered
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
6 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sliced garlic
2 leeks, julienned
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon msg
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Mix lamb with next 5 ingredients and allow to marinate 20 min at least.
Heat pan until hot. Add oil and garlic. Add lamb and cook 15 sec.; then add leeks and toss. Add the remaining ingredients, toss lightly to mix, and serve.
