Barbecue Sauce For Oriental Style Meatloaf
asian, bbq, chinese, sauces
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic -- chopped
2 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon soy sauce
3 slice lemon -- seeded, sliced
1 thin
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, blending well. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Spoon barbecue sauce over and around each individual Oriental Style Meatloaf.
