Chinese Cashew Tuna
beef, chinese, crockpot
7 oz tuna in water --
1 drain/flake
1 cup celery -- diced
1/2 cup onions -- minced
3 tablespoon margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup --
1 condensed
1 can(16oz)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup cashews -- coarsely chop
1 can chow mein noddles.
1 bean sprouts -- drained
Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in Crock-Pot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 9 hours. Serve over chow mein noodles.
