Chinese Style Country Ribs (Crockpot)

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoon catsup
1 clove garlic -- crushed
3 lb country style spareribs --
1 (3 to 4)

Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush on both sides of ribs. Place in Crockpot. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours. From the recipe files of Carole Walberg Recipe By : Crockery Cookery
