Hoisin Chicken #2
chicken, chinese, tnt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoon sherry
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root -- grated
2 cloves garlic -- minced
3 lb chicken breast halves
1 without skin
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Generously coat chicken with hoisin sauce mixture. Place pieces in a glass dish, cover and refridgerate. Reserve any marinade for basting.let the chicken marinate for several hours but not more than 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish removing excess sauce. Bake for 35-40 mins. Brush with marinade every 10 mins.
