Top Ramen Stir Fry

2 pkg top ramen noodles
3 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon oil
3/4 lb meat (shrimp, chicken, etc)
1 1/4 slice green onions -- 1-inch
1 slices
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes; rince with cold water and drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in wok or skillet. Stir-fry meat and onions for 1 minute. Add the cooked noodles, seasonings from the flavor packet and lemon juice; toss and heat through. Serve topped with 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds. Garnish with lemon wedges.
