Hot Mustard Sauce

1/4 cup dry mustard
3 tablespoon cold water, plus 1 1/2 t
This is a hot and sharp mustard that is indispensable to deep-fried and other appetizers.
Mix together mustard and water until smooth. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cover and refrigerate any remaining mustard. Serve with appetizers. Makes 1/3 cup
