Bbq Chicken #1
chicken, chinese, poultry
3 lb chicken, frying; cut up
1/2 cup chinese-style barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Combine all ingredients in plastic bag. Press air out; seal bag securely. Rotate gently to coat chicken. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Grill or broil 4 to 5" from heat, 12-16 minutes on each side, or until done.
