Chinese Chicken With Peanut Sauce > Dorothy Flatman

2 cup chicken, raw cubed
2 cup vegetables, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 garlic clove; minced
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
Saute vegetables in oil. Remove. Saute Chicken in oil. Remove. Combine rest of ingredients, cook until sauce is thickened. Add chicken and vegetables, cook until just heated through. Serve with rice.
