1 teaspoon salt
3 large celery stalks
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken (or turkey; veal -- beef or ham);

1 cup green peas; fresh or frozen

1/2 pkg frozen chinese peapods
2 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup clear chicken broth
