Low-Fat Radish Raita

1 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup radishes; finely chopped
2 teaspoon ginger; fresh, minced
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1 dash cayenne
This traditional Indian dish can be prepared in a number of ways just by substituting the vegetable called for eg. try chopped cucumber or green bell peppers.
Combine all the ingredients and serve chilled as a dip, vegetable side dish, salad or accompliment to either curries or grilled meats.
Per 1/4 cup serving: 0 fat, 1 mg chol, 23 cal, 1 g fibre and 26 mg sodium.
