Fresh Ginger Sauce For Dim Sum

6 spring onions (scallions)
2 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
1 tablespoon salt
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
Shred 6-8 spring onions (scallions) on the diagonal and place them with 2 tablespoons of finely chopped ginger (the ginger should be very young, fresh and - Free of fibres) and 1 tablespoon os salt in a heatproof bowl.
