Chinese Style Goulash

2 tablespoon margarine
1 small onion -- sliced
1 can sliced mushrooms -- drained
2 cup chicken broth
1 cup rice -- uncooked
2 cup cooked chicken -- cubed
1 medium green pepper -- cut into
1 strips
1/2 cup celery -- diced
1/4 cup light cream
1 dash salt and pepper

Melt margarine in large skillet. Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in margarine until onion is tender. Add chicken broth; heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
