2 ts vegetable oil 1 lg onion -- sliced thin 1 red pepper -- sliced thin 12 oz broccoli florets -- cut into : small 1/2 c water 1/4 stir-fry sauce 1 1/2 c cooked sliced chicken : Rice or couscous Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous.
