1 eggs
1 lime
1 wood ash

Thousand Year Eggs (or Hundred Year Eggs) are made by coating them with a mixture of lime and ash and letting them sit for a hundred days. In good Thousand Year Eggs, the whites become amber colored and translucent while the yolks turn green. They're very tasty served with soy sauce. From: Justanh@aol.Com (Just An H)
