Jerk Sauce
asian, chinese, sauces
1 tablespoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 juice of one lime
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh-grnd black pepper
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 juice of one orange
1 hot pepper, seeded &
1 chopped
Toss all the ingredients in the blender and blend-away.
