Easy Stir Fry Vegetable Medley
chinese, easy, side dish
2 tablespoon peanut oil
1/2 lb snow peas, trimmed
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper - cut into strips
1 dash soy sauce
1 dash salt to taste
1 dash pepper to taste
Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet or wok. Add the vegetables and stir fry approximately four minutes OR until vegetables are crisp tender. Add a dash of soy sauce. Check for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.
