Hot And Sour Egg Drop Soup

24 oz chicken broth
2 teaspoon corn starch
2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
3 green onions (chopped green tops o; nly)
1. Bring broth to boil, stir in corn starch
2. Add Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Crushed Red Pepper. Return to a boil.
3. Slowly add egg, stirring continuously, until egg is dispersed throughout the broth. Add onion. Hold at boil for 1 minute. Reduce to low (to keep warm)
Just thought I'd post a boo boo: My kitchen is really small and while making some oriental dishes today I accidentally mixed up my ingredients and came out with an unusual Egg Drop Soup. It isn't bad, a little like hot and sour soup.
