Chicken W/Bbq Oysters (Chu Haujeung Mun Gai)

1 lb chicken breast meat
2 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon five spice powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 oil for frying
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoon cold water
1 can bbq oysters
Cut chicken into small dice, removing skin and bones. Toss in a mixture of cornflour, five spice and salt. Heat 2 T oil in wok with the garlic for a few seconds. add chicken and and stir fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Push chicken to side of wok, add stock, then stir in extra cornflour mixed with cold water. Stir over medium heat until it boils and thickens, then add oysters and toss all together until heated through. Serve with rice.
