Chop Suey^
chinese, groundmeat, pasta
1 lb ground beef, browned and
1 drained
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 dissolved in
1 1/2 cup boiling water
2 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in
1/2 cup water
1 can (28oz) chop suey vegetables,
1 drained
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cooked rice
1 chow mein noodles
Combine beef and bouillon; stir in cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Add veggies and soy sauce; stir until heated through. Serve with rice and noodles.
