Oriental Noodles With Vegetables

175 gm chinese egg noodles
1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 garlic clove, sliced/peeled
1/2 chopped onion
1 sliced carrot
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon peanuts

1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain well. 2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts. Serve.
