Martin Yan's Sweet-Sour Sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup water
6 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar (or a little less of r; egular)
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 teaspoon hot chili oil
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon pickled ginger, shredded
Dissolve cornstarch in water in saucepan. When there are no lumps, add all the rest of the ingredients. Cook over medium heat to desired consistency.
Yield: 1 batch
