Chinese Vinaigrette

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 cup pure olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
In a blender or food processor, place the soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, ginger, and sesame oil. Blend until smooth.
Any leftover vinaigrette keeps well in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Makes 1 quart, enough for 11 salads.
