Crabmeat Pasta
chinese, noodles, pasta, shellfish
1 aji pepper, seeded and
1 chopped
1 garlic
1 tablespoon onion
3 tablespoon butter
1 cup crabmeat, picked over
4 tablespoon chicken stock or shrimp
1 stock
2 tablespoon dry sherry
4 oz shrimp-roe vermicelli
1 (available at asian markets)
Wilt pepper, garlic, onion in butter. Add crabmeat and stir-cook until warmed through. Remove all this and set aside. Add stock and boil down to a thick sauce. Add sherry and boil down a bit. Return other ingredients to sauce and toss to coat.
Meanwhile, drop noodles into boiling water and cook 4 min.
Serve crab sauce over noodles.
