Glutinous Rice Balls

1 cup red bean paste (substitute
1 other sweet paste)
2 cup glutinous rice powder
5 tablespoon sugar
2/3 cup water
1 water
1 cup sesame seeds
1 oil for frying

Divide paste into portions. Mix rice powder, sugar, and water; knead to a smooth dough. Cut into 16 portions. Flatten each portion into a 2" circle. Put 1/2 oz paste in each, wrap up, seal the seam with your fingers, and form into a ball. When all are done, dip each into a bowl of water and roll in seeds. Deep-fry at about 350 for 5 min.
