Ginger Oriental Dressing

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Combine all ingredients into a small jar and shake well. Makes 1/4 cup - 6 calories per tablespoon
