Chinese Bbq Ribs (Glyn Harris)

10 oz jar plum jelly
1/3 cup dark karo syrup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 lb spareribs cut into
1 individual ribs
Heat jelly, Karo, soy sauce, green onion, garlic, and ginger. Pour over ribs, cover, and marinate for 2-3 hours. Place on baking rack and bake at 350 for 1 hour, basting and turning half way through.
