Boiled Noodles With Crabmeat Sauce (Wok)

5 oz fine egg noodles
1 cup crabmeat
1/2 cup watercress
2 tablespoon oil
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup water
1 salt
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chinese cabbage
1/2 teaspoon m.s.g.
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Boil noodles in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep warm. Heat oil, brown onion and add Chinese cabbage. Add crabmeat, stock, seasonings and simmer 5 minutes. Add cornstarch disolved in cold water. Stir until thickened. Add chopped watercress, soy sauce and serve over hot noodles.
