Cha Siu (Bbq Pork)

1 lb pork tenderloin, butt or
1 shoulder
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoon red wine or dry sherry
2 tablespoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
6 drop red food coloring
1 (optional)
3 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 mustard sauce:
2 teaspoon coleman's mustard
2 teaspoon water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 few drops of oil

Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds and pour over pork. Marinate 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Place pork on rack over drip pan in 350 F oven and roast for 1 hour to 70 minutes (depending on your oven), turning and basting every 15 minutes with the marinade. Slice thinly for serving.
