Chinese Barbecue Sauce

3/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 single cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
