1/2 teaspoon salt
1 sauce:
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup chicken broth or cold
1 water
