Ming Marinade By Dennis
beef, chinese, pork, poultry
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sliced green onion tops
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoon sugar
2 centiliter garlic, minced or mashed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
I use this for 4# beef or pork ribs, or poultry...cut ribs every inch and a half to the bone....Marinate over-night or as long as possible.
