Chicken Breast – A Lean Protein Source

Chicken breast recipes are popular in China. Do you know the reason? Chinese very well know that this portion of chicken is a healthy source of lean protein. To prepare any easy chicken breast recipe, you will have to first cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces. Cut into smaller pieces. Then, to enhance its flavor, you will have to marinate it using a sweet and sour sauce. You can readily get this sauce in Chinese stores. To marinate, add the sauce a little over the plate in which you have placed the cut pieces. Over the sauce, add some baking soda and corn starch. Also, add a little cooking oil over it and mix everything completely. When you make it sit for nearly three days, the chicken breast will be ready for your cooking.
