Cinnamon – A High-Valued Spice in Traditional Chinese Age

Also, it will not be as fragrant as regular cinnamon sticks that we find in other parts of the world. In Chinese cuisine, you can use it for marinades, stews and braised dishes. You can convert the bark into powdered form by grinding it. Otherwise, you can just add the cinnamon bark to your dishes when they are hot.
