Spinach – A Healthy Green Ingredient In Chinese Cuisine

Chinese Spinach recipes are known to bring the best benefits. This is why the Chinese make it a point to include these recipes for breakfast. The Chinese call it Xian Cai and they commonly prepare the easy spinach recipe of stir-frying the greens simply with salt and garlic.
