Cheese Bacon and Smoked Sausage Takoyaki Recipe
1. To make takoyaki crispy, fry until golden brown and a little bit burnt. It will have a light burnt aroma, but make sure it should not be too burnt, or its taste will be bitter.
2. Cut sausage and bacon into small pieces in advance, so that you can fully wrap them with the flour mixture.
