Tips

1. Make sure hot is smoke before pouring on abalone. It is the key to make green onion aromatic and boost the taste. Hot oil also boosts favor of minced garlic.
2. Do not add too much light soy sauce, otherwise, it is too salty. You can add salt only if you don’t like too much salty taste.
