To boost the abalone taste, we use green onions oil to remove fishy taste and bring stir-fried aroma. In this recipe, we steam abalone first to make sure it is cooked without taste loss. Then mix light soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt for seasoning. Pouring hot oil is the last step, which brings all ingredients fragrant.

2. Do not add too much light soy sauce, otherwise, it is too salty. You can add salt only if you don’t like too much salty taste.

Use a spoon to remove the sandbag of abalone. Rinse and use a brush to clean the abalones.
Make some cuts on Abalone. Put them back on shells, and place on a plate. Bring the water to a boil, steam abalones for 6 minutes.
Mince garlic cloves. Put garlic cloves into a bowl, add light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and mix well. Use a small spoon to scoop out and evenly pour on the abalones.
