In Chinese food, there are many ways to eat eggs, such as boiling, steaming, frying, and frying. In terms of absorption and digestibility of eggs, boiled and steamed eggs are 100 percent, fried eggs 98 percent, scrambled eggs 97 percent, poached eggs 92.5 percent, fried eggs 81.1 percent, and raw eggs 30 percent to 50 percent. Therefore, boiled and steamed eggs should be the best way to eat. 

 
If you eat boil eggs,  eat slowly, otherwise, it will affect absorption and digestion. However, for children, steamed egg soup, egg soup for the most suitable. Because these two cooking methods can make protein release, easily digested by children.
