1 Done 5 minutes | Wash the soybean, soak in water overnight. |
2 Done 10 minutes | Add soybean and aniseed into a pressure cooker. Simmer for 10 minutes. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Remove the soybean to a skillet. Add red yeast rice, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, and salt. Pour into the soybean soup. Bring to a boil until soup run out. Serve. |
