Kitchen Tips

1. Do not fry stinky tofu over high heat, because it is easy to be overcooked.

2. After frying, using a chopstick to stab tofu enable it to absorb more juice and flavor.

Cut stinky tofu into small cubes. Add chili powder, cumin powder, ginger powder, fennel powder, chicken powder, soy sauce, and salt into a bowl.

Add sesame oil to a pot. Heat the oil, then pour into the bowl.  Stir well to make a sauce.

Preheat the pot, add oil to fry stinky tofu until golden brown on both sides. Remove tofu from heat. Use a chopstick to stab tofu to make it tastier. Pour the sauce on the stinky tofu. Serve.
